Male breast cancer: a case report

Objective: This article aims to report a case of breast cancer in male patient, who also had tumor lysis syndrome and suspected metastasis the cranial vault. Case details: The present study reports 77 years old, with no family history cancer, presented gynecomastia an irregular mass infra-axillary region, central cystic degeneration, classified as BIRADS IV-A. patient evolved multiple lytic bone lesions scattered throughout skull, possibility secondary neoplastic involvement. Final considerations: Breast men is usually diagnosed more advanced stages managed according procedures recommended for female cancer. It important understand disease its clinical manifestations, well raise awareness about this type men. In addition, further studies on specific therapeutic options are needed establish evidence-based standard care population.
